The Phillips family are long-time Islanders who grow tasty heads of lettuce and the safest non-GMO, pesticide- and herbicide-free leafy greens. They do it right here on Vashon Island.

From our farm to your table, Island Leafy Greens uses the latest in agriculture technology to cultivate leafy greens in a controlled environment. This hyper-local approach to farming removes much of the complexity, environmental harm, and health risks associated with traditional agriculture. There is no contaminant runoff, herbicides, pesticides, or waste of water and energy, and no continent-spanning supply chains of CO2 belching trailer trucks with the attendant waste and spoilage.

And then there is the taste! Our selection of crispy lettuces and trimmed greens is a delightful and nutritious boost to any culinary adventure.
